In this project, students responded well to make a book for someone they know. The person they are making the book for would be known as their target audience. I thought this would be a good way of introducing graphic design as these students would already know a lot about their target audience. The project comprised of continuous research and documentation by filling their book up with drawings, studies, and realized work.

 

From the previous project I had carried out with this class, I realized the best way these students would learn is from visual handouts and step by step guides. I felt very proud of my students and the work they created. They were also proud of the work they had produced and were extremely excited to give their book to their target audience at the

end of this project.
